Torn clothes

We purchased our Whirpool Duet matching set less then a year again. We will never buy Whirpool again!! The washer has torn & shredded so many clothes. The spin cycle gets stuck also so frequent because socks get stuck in the drain. We are so disappointed in this set & treatment so many of us by the Whirpool company. It is such a horrible way to treat your customers! Shame on your Whirlpool!! Save your torn clothes people!! Whirpool needs to see them & fix this!!!
