Somnapure Class Action Lawsuit: Attorney Investigation

The law firm of Gutride Safier LLP is investigating allegations that Peak Life LLC's marketing practices violate state and federal laws. In particular, Peak Life encourages consumers to sign up for a "free sample" of its product. Peak Life then asks consumers to provide their payment information in order to pay for shipping and handling to receive the sample. In fact, however, Peak Life enrolls consumers in a Subscription Program with recurring monthly charges.

In addition, Peak Life markets Somnapure as being "natural" or "all natural," when in fact the product contains synthetic, non-natural ingredients.

On September 26, 2015, Gutride Safier, on behalf of its client, filed a class action complaint against Peak Life for these deceptive practices.

    I also ordered the free sample of Somnapure, I took it for two weeks and got very little sleep and always was tired during the day. The next thing I knew I got a double supply of it in the mail and was charged 37.08 with shipping and handling. Peak Life does not make it very clear that it will be automatically  charged to my credit card and sent every month, the guidelines are confusing. I made two calls to them and finally got a refund of 19.25, I could have gotten a full refund if I sent the bottle back but the cost of shipplng would be mine. So Somapure wound up with my money and I have pills that I can't use. I did found out that you can purchase  the product at Walgreens for half the price.  This is a big rip off. Instead of putting me to sleep it kept me awake. They need to be stopped.

    If there has been a previous court order/injunction against false practices, and the defendant continues those false practices to this day, why hasn't the court put a stop to this company? Now there is another class action filed and the company STILL engages in these false practices.

    taking peak life for two years and sick they   Louis piccolo  tele 203 283 9416 now they stop selling it at cvs said they stop making it can you help me  called peak life they said they don't make or sell it anymore  thanks
