I am not satisfied with the reception I am getting for my cell phone with AT&T. I moved to another part of the city, and the signal is weak! I have dropped calls, the other party constantly asks me to repeat because they don't hear me, I miss calls because sometimes I have no signal at all.

When I called them they said I could cancel my contract but will need to pay $175 in termination fees. They also suggested I sign up for another 24 months contract and get a new phone! There is nothing wrong with my phone.

    I HATE AT&T. I was a victim of fraud ONLY through AT&T and they wouldn't do anything about it. They said I can pay the $285 early termination fee or I can have a passcode to my account-but I can't use my upgrade.
