My chase card was also charged illegally on 12/10/07 for $2.95. Smartemarket.com was the culprit and I am relieved to see other people have reported them. Luckily, Chase is really easy to work with, so getting the charge taken off was not time-consuming.

Fraudulent charges under these names: smartemarket.com, myliberia.com, digismarket.com, (and a number of other names) are all part of the same scam:

www.smartemarket.com helped them selfs to my hard working,hourly payed wages $2.95 worth of my money!scamers,they obviously never made an honest buck! those RIP OFFS!
