Over charged

The TV and internet ads claim the band and the ring are included for $20 + 6.99 S/H for each item (total should be $33.98) my card was charged double. I called to get the whole thing cancelled and they couldn't find my order I called back the next day and they tried telling me that my card was not charged because they don't charge anyone anything until the product ships and since they are so far behind nothing has shipped. I told them cancel the whole order and they tried getting me to take it anyways with a $5 discount. I called my bank and cancelled the card they charged. This company is a rip off and once they have your card number use it however they want to. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
