773-816-5352 is a phone number "appropriated" by a fake police charity known as "Starnet Pretec..." Ok, it's spoofed. Do Not Call and the FTC are feckless, [***] agencies.

The robo calls that say.... This is such and such on an administrative recorded line. Can you hear me ok. Those are sadly recordings of other people that answered the call and spoke to the comouter. That records every word you say. It's telephone phishing. Trying to steal identities

I get many calls from this 256-279 number.. I don't answer,but one day i blew my goose calling horn into the telephone not bothered anymore.
