Recently I rented a car from Alamo in LAX with the following problems. I addressed these issues with Alamo customer service 800#. On-hold twice for 15 minutes, they were unwilling to help me. In frustration, Alamo customer service center supervisor hung-up the phone on me. The problems were;
1. I was charged for gas, the car was full of gas when returned. I want the gas charges refunded.
2. The car had a "slow leak" in the front tire. I had to fill it up each day.
3. The car did not have license plates on it.
4. The car had an expired DMV tag in the window.
5. Your rental agents at LAX do not speak english.

    I rented from Alamo palm Springs Airport this morning and recieved a nasty threating message on my voice mail three times that they were going to call car in stolen. I have a week contract and my credit card was charged. Made 5 calls to Alamo and nobody can find a problem. The guy, a branch manager, that made the threats has not taken my calls or called back all day. I'm a disabled American with a bad heart. The thought of having a swat team bust down my door for grand theft auto has given me an irregular heart beat. This employee is a lawsuit waiting to happend.

    Angry Customer!!!
    Manager very rude! Asked for help and was given an nasty remarked all because I did not have a proof of confirmation but I had my confirmation number with me and said if she don't see a print out then I will not be able to rent the vehicle!! I never remembered seeing that on the list of requirements when renting. I ask for her email and she got nasty like if she did not wanted to give it to me so I could Fwd her my confirmation e-mail! Never ever again will I rent a vehicle from LAX Alamo!!!
