Recently I rented a car from Alamo in LAX with the following problems. I addressed these issues with Alamo customer service 800#. On-hold twice for 15 minutes, they were unwilling to help me. In frustration, Alamo customer service center supervisor hung-up the phone on me. The problems were;
1. I was charged for gas, the car was full of gas when returned. I want the gas charges refunded.
2. The car had a "slow leak" in the front tire. I had to fill it up each day.
3. The car did not have license plates on it.
4. The car had an expired DMV tag in the window.
5. Your rental agents at LAX do not speak english.
