Misleading, Harrassing Calls & Failure to Remove from call Lists

I have received multiple phone calls and messages from this group telephone number 866-216-8234. When calling back to be removed from the call list you are hung up on. When asking for the company name, you are hung up on. When someone has answered the questions of the company name, I am given several different names.
I keep calling them back time after time and keep getting hung up on. Very annoying and definately a fraud. If they can't give you the name of the company and their company location, THAN IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE INFO TO THIS GROUP.

Official sounding name, even sounds like they might be a government organization, or connected with one. Wording chosen to sound similar to phrases you might have heard on the news if you weren't paying much attention. Classic scam tactic to sound "legitimate".

They both use the same script. I recommend that you file a complaint with both the FTC for Do Not Call list violations and the FCC for harrasment calls.
How can we fight this? Does any have more information? Can we get a watch-dog group to investigate them. They are harrassing my 89 yerar old mother.
whats even worse...ive called the FTC, the FCC, and the Consumer Affairs office for my state and NO ONE can help!!! they MUST have a name and address to make anything happen. even after explaining that i cant get that information from the company without giving them my personal info, they STILL were unable to help! some Federal regulations we have!!!
I filed with FCC once and they stopped calling, until I moved 2 weeks ago and they are back. So onto another complaint against these morons.
