Expensive bags

I own a dirt devil swivel and when purchased I could buy the cheap bags for around $2.95 unscented.  Now I can only buy bags with febreez and they are much more expensive.  I put my own scents and air fresheners in the bags and very angry that I'm being forced to buy the expensive bags.

I would like to know how come only K-mart supplies the cheap bags.  I have to go 20 miles out of my way to purchase bags for this vacuum.
