This sounds like a fraudulent fake "payday loan debt collection" scam. They are often run from overseas, probably India or Pakistan, particularly if they appear to have thick Indian accents.
In some cases they may be in the U.S., but in general, the stronger the threats, the more likely this is just a scam.
All alleged "debts" are fake, and they cannot carry out their threats.
They are just criminals, hiding behind an ocean and using cheap VoIP phone service, to scam Americans.
File a fraud and extortion complaint with the FBI, and if they keep calling, tell them you are recording the call as evidence. They will usually move on to some other sucker.
I got a call 5 min ago from a thick accented gentleman about the police coming to arrest me at work tomorrow for a loan I have not repair. What's going on there.?

Turn the tables on the Payday Loan Scam!
There is NO legal recourse for this because these guys are all calling from INDIA. All you can do is turn the tables on them like I did. I call them incessantly. I call them and royally screw with them. They know me on a fist name basis now. They beg me to stop calling and bothering them. FAT CHANCE! They are bothering innocent people, ALL DAY LONG and I'm fighting back by giving them a taste of their own medicine! The only way they can stop me is by shutting down the number, and they hate to do that bc they've left it on too many voice mails trying to extort money from people! These guys are relentless jackholes. Just keep calling them! Play games with them! Give them HELL!!!!
Thank you for this message. I will be calling the FBI.

I love it! You are my kind of person! I can't call them back because the number showed up on the caller ID incomplete, otherwise I would be doing the same thing you are.

He said to expect papers tomorrow and to hire an attorney and that thye are going to tell my place of employment. Is this really a hoax? I didn't receive any money or take out a loan. The number that I was called from is (315) 675-4325.
