False advertising, Scam, took my money

RCI offered a vacation package for members only that included a premium cruise or two cruises; a 7 day resort or 2 three night stays at premier hotels. It was for two adults. The cost was $3300. When it came time to book the cruises I was hit with $1600. in hidden fees with no upgrades as I was told I would find. The sales representatives' name is Glenn. Can't find him now. Regarding the Resort I discovered today that I was given a one room studio in Cabo San Lucas with no meals, not even the option of a meal ticket which I was told I could have for $89.00 a day. So, for $4900 I have two vacations, one on a standard cruise with inside cabins and a 7 day stay in a one room studio with no meals. Does that sound like a good deal to you? No on in RCI that I've talked with takes responsibility; apologize but offer nothing to rectify their greedy and unethical practices. I am talking with my lawyer but what good is that going to do? My advice to everyone who reads this do not believe RCI for one second, it is a scam.
