I have charges of $9.99 that are recurring on my debit statement. (2 months already) . The download was advertised as a download for $9.99 as price.  Nothing mentioned about your continues of the monthly charges.  I am expecting you to reimburse all the charges you have filed or will file against my account to reimbursed except the $9.99 I agreed to pay at the time of the download.  Also I am expecting a notice of the reimbursements by email to my box (grandma1899@yahoo.com.  I am sure there are a lot of persons to have been scammed with this advertisement. If this is not corrected my next step will be a report filed on this and a contact to my Lawyer.  Submitted by Mary P Frazier; email, grandma1899@yahoo.com ,

    Contact your bank..
    Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months  if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
