Bad customer service

Hello,

I needed a car to go from Montauroux, France to Nice airport.

I have an account on europcar website with all my details related to driving license/id with issue/expiry date.
I made a payment online for one day car rental 2 days in advance.

When I went to the shop to get the car they told me my license is not more than 1 year old and they cancelled my request giving me back 10 euro from 65 euro car rental payment.

They had my details before renting the car, I made the payment 2 days in advance. I mean why do they even allow on their website to make the payment if the license is not more than 1 year old.

I am never going to rent a car again from Europcar in France
