I canceled this in 2014 before my 7 day trial was up because these records are free elsewhere. I thought I was getting something different. But I find they have been charging my credit card for 2014, 2015 and 2016. I have repeatedly requested they stop charging. My credit card says to give them the chance to make it right. I think three years is plenty of time. I even had them change my CC # and they STILL CHARGED IT.

    It's a cramming scam..
Your bank is run by a bunch of idiots who will happily hand your money over to crammers. Hey, it's not their money!

Cramming scams set up their charges flagged as "automatic payments" which many banks will roll over to a new card number even if you block the old number.  Dispute the charges AS FRAUDULENT, AND BLOCK THE CARD, then follow up with a WRITTEN FRAUD DISPUTE, MAILED CERTIFIED to your bank's dispute address.  Note in your letter when you first notified your bank that the charges were disputed, and that they failed to block them resulting in large fraud losses.

Then establish new accounts at a different bank or credit union so that you can maintain continuity of your banking if you have to file a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (www.occ.gov).
