We called to cancel on 2/20 due to out of country for few months, and we paid the membership until 3/31/2012. But they won't let us cancel it and automatically charge $ 28.97 on 3/1/2012. We emailed or called, but no one responsed back? The salesman's name is Keishin. Manager's name : Brian Richardson.

How can we deal with branch in Anaheim Hill in Ca?

    Cancel IN WRITING in accordance to your contract, mailed via certified mail receipt requested to the cancellation address from your contract.

    You may actually have to block your card number or close your account to prevent fraudulent charges.

    These health clubs have a habit of ignoring cancellations if they can pretend they never happened, and continuing to take your money.

    If you have further problems, contact your local District Attorney's consumer protection unit.
