  Keep getting phones from Card Services that say they can help lower my credit card debt. Funny, when I have one credit card and its paid off. Here are the numbers I get calls from almost everyday. One of the is 785 which is a puerto rico number, and I always decline that number so it doesn't cahrge me extra rates.
