This number comes up on my caller ID once or twice a day. I do not answer it because I don't know who it belongs to. When the answering machine picks up, nobody says anything. They are still on the line, but do not speak. I have my number on the Do Not Call list, but this one continues to call.

    try this look in your phone book it should have a anonymous call rejection in the front of the book.in the Embarq phone book you press star 77 a message will tell you that you have activated this feature,all callers who block there numbers will not even ring on your phone.
