We order a pizza to be delivered, after waiting over an hour(when the gentelman told me 30 -45 min) I called the store back. I was told they just left and it should be about 30 more min.  I informed the man it had already been over an hr and I just live across town and I would not wait that much longer!  The pizza arrived 15 min later it and the bread stick were cold and nasty! As a manager myself this is unexceptable and I would of gave my customer a refund or coupons, they offered nothing but excusses.  Not a place I like to eat at again.

    its Pizza Hutt!  What do you expect.  All those places are run by kids...lower your expectations.

    That's not true at all, not to mention it's very hateful and rude. I myself am not a child and have been working for Pizza Hut for over three years now.
