Worst Experience

We recently shifted from mumbai to kolkata, packing was done on 14th March and unloading on 28th (we were told that it will be max 8 days) that too after repetitive requests/follow up. Before unloading we were asked to pay them full, otherwise they said unloading will not be done. they unloaded our furniture but  till date i.e. even on 9th May 2013 our almirah and rack are yet to be assembled by them, we are doing follow up making calls to various representatives at their kolkata and mumbai office, but it is of no use. now today when my husband called them at their mumbai office, those guys used abusive language and told my husband not to call them. i advice everyone..please dont use their service...we have already suffered a lot because of them. and till date no one came for inspection of damage goods inspite of the fact that we have taken the insurance for each and every furniture etc. our fridge filter sofa is damaged along with other misc items.

we had worst experience because of them in a new city.  we thought that in market they have a good reputation and name so we never thought of choosing some other packers and movers. so guys i request please dont use thier service they are the worst packers and movers
