Today our company received an invoice for $724.99 for YellowPagesExpress.com which no one here authorized.

I contacted company to explain the error.  I spoke w/a lady named Renee James who accused me of raising my voice and said she was "going to pass my account through"; then hung up on me.

I wasn't aware that I raised my voice but I could have.

I have filed a complaint w/the Commonwealth of PA Attorney General.  I plan to file w/the Federal Communications, US Postal General as they are reaching out to me via the US Mail.

This company needs to be stopped.

Be sure to contact FTC as well.

FTC sued one of their "clients" also running a fraudulent "business directory" telemarketing racket from Canada, and got an injuction against them.  Work is they are building a thick file on ACA Recovery as well, as all their customers appear to be fraudulent telemarketers.
