they are stealing money from my bank account and i dont know those thiefs

Today I found out that having my money on a PNC BANK ACCOUNT is not safer than having it in my pockets, some thiefs called   (GOOGLE playrix Games)  "i have nothing to do with those batards" went in my PNC BANK account and took 3 times 99.99 dollars and now i am with not money for my food or to feed my kids, the agent from the bank only promiss me that they will try to get my money back, but not for sure, i am getting ready to sue that name and probably the PNC Bank as well.
how comes that an American Bank in the USA let their custommer get stolen that easy?
