Can't Get The Title To The Mobile Home

We paid our home of in 2017 and still have not received the title to the mobile home, we have received the lien release for the land. We have spoke with several departments within BOA and people in the branch and the mortgage department and getting anywhere with these people. I guess the next thing is to get a lawyer.
