i bought a window samsung 1.5 ton ac nobody pickup the ac for gas riffle from my home after doing so many complaints. i never use samsung ac in future.

    COMPANY PERSON TAKE MY SHOP A.C. FROM 15 DAYS , THEY TOLD THEY HAVE NO COMPRESSAR.FOR REPLACE THEN WHY SHULD THEY SOLD NEW A.C. THIRD GRADE COMPANY

    never purchase a samsung product,becuse service is a night mare.and products are of 4th grade quality.it will not work and it will piss u off.
    i purchased a samsung 1ton ac and from that time my life has spoiled,ac has never worked,bloody technicians came and filled gas.3-4times gas leaked of new ac.after presursing them to change outdoor unit they agreed.again samsung service walon ne apni jaat bata di.10days are over aur they have got no products to replace with.
    bloody samsung.......[***] off from india.

    I had Purchased the 1.5 ton Split Ac(AS 183 WBDN) on dated 26/05/2011. Now its not giving the cooling. we are complained to support and they lock my complained  the complained no-8422822438 dated -26/08/2011. still no one visit the site.this is requested to you that please rectify the same.
