I received an email with a lot of my personal info stating they had a warrant out for my arrest. How are they getting this personal info? To whom do I report this?

You cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter. You can report the email to your state attorney's office and the ftc.

I received the same information stating that there is a warrant for my arrest and when I just NOW questioned him he said to respond back to him via email. I said I need to have this information on a legal letterhead in order to move forward with a payment. He said for me to call a lawyer and hang up on me. I even asked where is he located, he then got angry.

I also received same email... I know this is really strange. What do I do? They also mentioned they will garnish my paycheck. How are they getting any of my info.
