I didnt activate videopindw service in my sim but from last 2 days this service is causing me trouble all my account balance is deducted due to this...i recharged yessterday 120rs but 30 rs 40rs is deducted due to this in every 3 4 hours i called customer care also but they are saying you only have started the service if iam starting the service why would i complain....please help me out from this..

I have recharged for my Airtel number 9894792253 on 16th November 2016 . Without my knowledge and acceptance videopindw has detected rupees 30 twice . Please see to it and revert the amount back .

my no is 9829373802 and I didn't activated videopindw and balance rs30 was deducted.if this problem is not resolved in 5 days then I am going to break my simcard into 1000 pieces I have 6 airtel simcards in regular use
