I received a charge on my credit card for $62.95 for something I did not order. I do not have this software at all and did not authorize this purchase either.

CarrolI was told via a pop up window that my protection was up in 1 day.' I paid for another year a month ago in fact I doublepaid because the first application for renewal did not register right. I got my cerdit card company to help and they did said i did pay and now you say I am going to be dropped after March 3rd. Come on people I have read alot of complaints on this site and don't like what I see. Please check my status and let me know what is going on. In the meantime will check my credit account card again and they will take care of whatever the problem is!!!!!

I have received a charge in my credit card on February 29, 2012 from you company the amount of $71.95. First I didn't order any software from you, second I didn't authorize the purchase and third remove my name from your records and return my money. I expect to hear from you ASAP.
