My wife and i were never told about any termination fees and after only having service for 4 days, count them 4 days; when for 3 days all we had was a black screen and were told it was due to inclimate weather....Rain in the area and cloudy days;

called to terminate service in order to get a new provider and was told there was no grace period and the termination fee was $480.00...!!!!!!! Were they serious.....Yes....For just 4 days, 3 of which we had no service...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is terrible and horrible. Not only do you get the run around every single time you call and get transferred to at least 5 people before being told you had to hang up and call a different number...Totally egregious and they do not give a damn about the customer...!!!!!! Not one single bit...!!!!!!!!!!

If i ran my business the way this company is run, i would be in the poor house, and not have one single customer...Which is where each and every person that works there should be!!!!

Horrible company....
Terrible customer service...
Nothing but a run around...
They should be closed down by the government...
Will be filing complaint with state's attorneys general office in missouri
and better business bureau.

Hope noone has to put up with this much longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
