To the Director of Prestigious National Honor Society:

My name is Margarita Llamas and I am a paralegal at the Law Office of Joseph G. Canepa, Pllc in New York State.

Our office recently received some phone calls from a man alleging to be Richard Mark from the Prestigious National Honor Society in which he informed that Mr. Canepa had won an award for Attorney of the year.

Although Mr. Canepa appreciated the fact that they wanted to present him with such an award, he declined. When I informed him that Mr. Canepa was not interested, Mr. Mark became very upset and began to insult Mr. Canepa and vocalized many offensive adjectives which made me very uncomfortable. When I started to tell him there was no need for the insults and how unprofessional that is, he hung up the phone on me.

I do not appreciate his rudeness or the manner in which he spoke to me, no less the manner in which he carried himself, lacking professionalism and respect to the office personnel.

If he calls himself a professional, he needs to be retrained by sales trainers prior to his addressing other professionals as potential clients.

Therefore, I would like to file a formal complaint against this person for his rude and very unprofessional behavior toward my boss and office personnel.

I thank you for your time.

They are just a scam looking for suckers, much like the business directory scams.

They probably want you to drool over this "honor", proud that they have "selected" your boss for it, and that you say something polite that they can later claim is your "agreement" to accept it, along with the "fee" they want to charge you.

I have am currently going through problems with this company, they have charged my credit card with unauthorized charges and will not respond to me. I was told on my first call that the person who handles complaints was put to lunch. Three days later and I still was told someone would call me back, later the same day I called back and the phone simply rang and rang no one answered. I have contacted my credit card co. and told them of this. The charges are unbelieable, plus I have never received anything from this company,no one has even explained the charges. I am angry.

Tj you always seem to be on complaint wire. Do you work for them??? seriously you make the post seem fake always commenting on the day these post are made. I think you people need to invest in something better than these online publications and so free willing to give your credit card information out. Invest in stocks....

Did you ever get a way to get your money back? This company charged $17,000 on my card all in small increments so we wouldn't know...now we are having a hard time getting all of it back.  Please let me know. Thanks,
