Unwanted phone calls

I received another one of those phone calls today from Card Services. I am so sick of them. I have asked nicely to please take our number off their call list .......they hang up before I finish.....I push 3 to be removed from their call list and that does not work. Sooooo today Racheal called again and I waited for a voice,  guy came on and before he could get about three words out I let a scream out that his ear is still not hearing and hung up. Not five minutes latter my phone rings again, I let the answer machine pick up and sure enough it was this guy calling back. He said " I am trying to reach the screamer,the person that screamed so loud it scared me. Is someone murdering you  do I need to call the police. Please pick up. Off course I did knot pick up.  I will be going to the store tomorrow to get a whistle and hand it by my phone.
