Purchases game and was automatically charged with monthly membership.

I have just learned that BIG FISH games has been drafting my checking account  $ 6.99 for quite some time.  I never "knowingly" gave permission to draft my account.  I have requested today (1/23/2014) that BibFish reimburse my account for all drafts  minus the value of the game I did download. This claim is for 10 months at $ 6.99 per month.  There is no way to get a person on the phone and my urgent e-mails are not being answered so  I have registered a formal complaint  with the Attorney general in Washington state and other regulating bodies  charging Big Fish with deceptive business practices,  theft of funds and fraud.   I also will be contacting Apple Computer via iTunes because I am sure that Apple does not want their name associated with this fraud.
