Eric Marsh destroyed our iPhones. The company he works at, Agile Poet seems ok but he's a liar... He took a payment privately to network every iPad 2 & we had 26 that are Apple iPad 2. "All will communicate by a one-button function like an intercom, better than any phone", he promised us. He also promised over 1,000 mile range- this was all verbal & we thought if he worked with Agile Poet it should be good. But this was Eric Marsh who, as we learned on a website he is also a scam & a disgusting person in the paint business also: WWW.DURABLECOATINGSYSTEMS.INFO - he's also a nasty person as he threatened to hurt us (we're a gay group he was part of but he's been booted)... we are private & if he goes public with this we'll sue him for slander- he knows this. I'm writing this because it's the truth Eric but if you try to lie about our relationship or hurt us in any way you'll see us all in court. As of now since it was cash you better be happy ripping your previous friends off - he go $5,500.00 in cash he'll never admit to; isn't that right Eric Marsh? Eric Marsh the scam iPhone developer... Eric Marsh the criminal... Eric Marsh the Apple iPhone liar & Agile scam scum bag who hurts his friends & customers...

This message was actually posted by convicted scam artist Julius Lupowitz. He does that a lot. Why? Because I set up a web site about his activities in an effort to prevent the same thing from happening to others. Check it out at http://www.texliner.info

Based on information obtained by the BBB, Julius Lupowitz was arrested in New York in 2005. He pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony charge and was sentenced to probation after making restitution of $54,322. According to the DA, "In order to induce auto body shops to buy his product, Lupowitz posed as a fictitious owner of a fleet of trucks that needed to be sprayed specifically with his product. This fictitious company would enter into an agreement with auto body shops and based on this agreement, the shops would then purchase the product. After receiving the product, the shop would never hear from the fictitious truck owner again. Lupowitz would then refuse to refund the auto body shops."

I have been Eric Marsh's employer for over 3 years. In that time, I have seen Eric demonstrate true integrity, loyalty and an exceptional work ethic. He's someone we rely on to do what's right for our clients. None of our clients have any complaints about Eric.  The originating post, above, is bizarre in its own right and from the information Eric posted on www.texliner.info and the information I was able to find after Googling Julius Lupowitz it is clear that Mr. Lupowitz is a scam artist who is angry that Eric is exposing him.

To verify that is actually me writing this post, you can contact me on twitter at http://twitter.com/joshuamcclure or linkedin at http://www.linkedin.com/in/joshuamcclure. Eric has my full confidence and I am willing to vouch for him for his dedication to quality and high level of integrity.
