Bed Bugs

My fiance and I purchased basically two beds from Bob's. An upholstered foot and headboard and the mattress and lift that makes your head and feet rise for almost $6000. It was delivered and put together by the delivery company. Two weeks ago I notice something crawling on the bed and it was a bed bug. I started looking around our home and no signs of them anywhere. Then I looked st the buttons part of the upholstery headboard and every single button had bed bugs, I lifted the bed the lift had them  I saw the fecal matter, shells and egg and small live bed bugs crawling around. I went and bought that chalk stuff and put it around my baseboards and carpet to keep them from spreading, some bedbug killer. I called Bob's Discount Furniture and they told me that they spray their delivery trucks before every delivery and new furniture doesn't get bed bugs which isn't true at all. Refused to take responsibility for it. My fiance and I are pissed.
