I am complaining about Rogers sneaky tactic of removing a $5.00 discount I was getting on my monthly fees and not informing me that I was losing the discount.  I went from a $45 fee to a $52 fee with no explanation.  When I called to speak to someone I was told that "it was only a temporary discount and that there was an end date."  I was also told that I was supposed to get the discount for the length of my 3 year contract - which does not end until 2015.  I said "but I still have until 2015 why would I not continue to get the discount?"  The reply was "My registration was in 2010."  I pointed out that I was still with Fido then and did not switch to Rogers until 2012.  Long story short, I was getting double speak from the customer service person.  I am so angry.  If I did not have to pay the $400 fee to end my contract with Rogers, I would be gone.  I am not sure what cell phone company I would go with, but certainly not Rogers.
