Cannot cancel my membership. i sent the written request to the address mentioned online but the address was fake and the letter got returned.

They have other complaints..
of interfering with attempts to cancel. The Texas AG went after them when they sent "delinquent" notices to former members who had cancelled, implying the "account" was going to "collection".
Since they are interfering with your right to cancel, you will have to block their charges through your bank, by disputing the charges and blocking the card number or shutting down the account. Contact your state Attorney General for assistance, as they will probably respond by sending your "account" to a collection agency.
