I had a pleasant journey to Israel on the 3rd of may 2015 with Turkish Airline . Our journey home 15th may 2015 was not good 1st the plane from Israel to Istanbul was late for us to catch our connecting flight to Edinburgh .We ask a few members of staff at airport for help they where very rude and unhelpful sending you to different desks for someone else my help .Finally got to the transfer ticket desk and explained what happened and a member of the team listened but didn't say anything to us and handed us new ticket to fly out to Edinburgh 4 hours later . Got on that flight finally got into airport at Edinburgh to find our cases not on flight . At Edinburgh the baggage claim checked our baggage receipt and inform us they where still in Istanbul airport ,they arranged for them to be sent back on Saturday 16th may 2015 which they did but I had to phone to find out when they would be delivered to myself . I did finally get my cases on Sunday 17th . I have travelled with you before and this is the 1st time this has happened to me this upset me ..hopefully you will take my complaint into account and reply back if other information needed I will email them to you if required .... thank you Miss Carron Clarke
