I contacted BOA over a month ago and discussed refinancing under the Home Affordable Act, they were supposed to provide additional cost information about the program. I have called, emailed the loan officer as well as his boss numerous times to get their response. I have not received any return calls or e-mails despite numerous attempts. I will also be submitting this to the OCC.
