bad service's

Hi there
Im so disappointed in this kfc
I went to buy me food
And i order a zinger burger
Cashier by the name of zanele
Was rude didnt speak with good manners
And wen i finish paid for my food
They told me at the next window they told me that they dont have zinger burgers!!!
Why didnt the cashier zanele tell me about it the first place
