Read all the other complaints before ordering.

I called and got a cancellation verification within 2 weeks of receiving the product.  The same day I called they charged my credit card $89.92.  When I challenged them about the unauthorized bill, they said I did not call within the 14 days of ordering the product.  Their add references a 14 day trial period but they count the days between ordering and receiving the product therefore not giving anyone a true test period.  I used the product and saw no difference in the lines and appearance in my face.  I even asked my husband if he saw difference without telling him that I was using it.
I wish had read all the complaints before ordering.  If I had I would not now be involved in this billing dispute with them.
