I WILL be suing that company to get my money back.  There are regulations they were to follow in taking my money and they violated regulations under the The Mortgage Assistance Relief Services (MARS) Rule.  You people out there look it up!  I was (and till am unfortunately) ill when I called for help (and they knew and took advantage of it also.  They scammed me out of 5K!!  I got a phoney letter in the mail from Homeowner Protection Alliance (HPA) (see their website at http://hpahelp.com) and they stuck me with Roosevelt Law Firm.  See all the videos on both Roosevelts and HPA's webpage.  HPA is a frojnt for Roosevelt.  And HPA does not give an address.  I was SCAMMED and will be suing in Small Claims Court (filing the first weekend in October 2016!!!)  You people out there that are seeing this before you 'work' with those pigs - DON'T DO IT!!  They are not doing anything you can't do yourself!!

Anthony from HPA talked to me at great length to get the ball rolling to stop my home in forclosure. I'm working with them now. It doesnt seem to be illegal practices. HPA does have an address and all the forms that they required from me I decided on my own to being it in person. Surprise surprise. They are at their address and very professional in every way. My home and my family are the most important to me. I did my research and yes a lawyer at roosevelt firm may charge fees but it costs money to file in courts and bankruptcy.  I dont feel like I'm being scammed and trust this I pitty anyone who would cross me anyways. My family comes first. So i make sure no harm comes to them either physically or financially
