Name for order

Before the policy of asking for a name my experience at Arby's was much nicer.  As it is now they ask for a name. Since my last name is Howe I tell them Howe and spell it.  In more than 50% of the time it come out misspelled.  Such as Howell or Howl.  I wish you would go back to the numbers as the register doesn't misspell them as your employees do.
