Dear Rogers Media,
Kindly please forward the message below to all individuals responsible for the creation of EDP Number: 01-1311400201. Since this is an issue you have created, it only now makes sense that if your representatives are going to continue demanding that which is a manufactured claim on your behalf, then it only stands to reason that you provide a means by which to engage in electronic communication with your representative and to discuss your error with someone who can admit not only to your grievous misjudgment and mismanagement, but actually take steps toward correction instead of simply plowing forth on an issue like an automaton.

Dear Mr. Walker,
You are wasting both my time and yours by pursuing what amounts to as criminal behaviour by Rogers Media. Neither you nor Rogers has any legal claim on a manufactured debt, nor do either of you have the right to demand proof of a negative from me.
The simple fact of the matter is that any obligation between two parties expires upon the expiration of a contract.
It may be Rogers' policy to continue billing beyond a contract term and it may be that Rogers requires advance notice of a desire to not continue a service upon contract expiration, but neither I nor the law cares.
Furthermore, Rogers DID receive advance notice of a desire to not continue service upon contract expiration. The onus, regardless of how one might wish to interpret obligations, is upon Rogers to ensure their procedural errors do not contravene legal rights.
I have provided to both Rogers and other parties claiming to represent this issue with them on several occaissons so I will respond to yet another manifestation of this fiasco of beligerence by Rogers and its representatives to kindly go [***] yourselves.
You have the right to make your case in front of a judge and I welcome the opportunity to do so.
