Country: India
I was a postpaid customer of airtel cellphone no:9797792608 in Kashmir. As Iam posted force in a remote area, unable 2 close my account by going airtel office, and was misleaded by airtel rep: that it will r/off automatically frm Rs750/-deposite if I stopped periodical payment. Thus I discontinued usage frm last JUNE, but in November one airtel agent reached our unit and demanded payment for the whole previous period, then I have telephonic negotiation with Airtel-Sringar office and settled for disconnection by payment of Rs1000/-. So I submitted my sim and cash, but even after 1 month they were not stopped billing, 2 new bills were came and while on checking my no: frm other phone, it says the no: doesnot exist. How it happens..?. kindly take necessary action for immediate clossing of my postpaid account

I am a new customer of Airtel, before that i was using Tata indicom. I porting my number into airtel and date of porting is 9 march. I am working in IBM so i have taken (149 rental)corporate plan. My billing cycle is 26 to 25 of every month. I got a call from airtel after porting my number. They told me that your first bill will generate from 9th march2011 to 25 march2011, so we will wave your monthly rental according to days as my first bill is for 17 days but they charge me 148.6 rs as a whole month rental. which should have not been applied and other thing is that they charge me 80 rs for value added services. I need to know the details what kind of services i have taken however i have already taken the 99 rs unlimited GPRS plan. I want the whole detail of my uses.
Thanks & Regards
