Damage of our book shelf!

I had ordered three direct T.V boxes not knowing the exact date of order. The installation man had came while I was at work and my wife and kids were hear. While I arrived home, my wife was not happy with the serves. The installation worker had made a big hole in my big book shelf to put the cord to connect the boxes to my television. Not only did he make a un called for hole in my book shelf but he also left a huge mess of wires and book shelf dust all over my floor and book shelf. Leaving it very dangerous for my young kids who could of chocked on the book shelf dust or worse hung or get electrocuted by the mess of wires he had just left hanging their. Also with my oldest son who has very strong allergies when it comes to dust had to take his inhaler more then once that day, because of  the large amount of dust piles he had left in our living room. My meager concern is the big hole he had left in our old antique book shelf. I had been told their was going to be a supervisor coming to my house to see the damages and a supervisor has never came. I am hoping someone can help me with the damages. Thank you so much and I am looking forward on hearing from you.
