I purchased a Factory servised Remington shaver that stopped working after 9mo.s. I have owned electric shavers for 60 years (Braun) and NEVER had one break down. I subsquently ordered another Remington Shaver for $39.99 and they talked me into a membership stating that they would send me "credit coupons for future purchases. They DID NOT tell me that the coupons where only good for a short time and thus if you don't need anything for  some months you are out of luck!! What sounded like a good deal was a ripp off and I canceled my membership within the required time.I hope  to see the credit in my CC bill.
The new "factory servised Remington shaver was extremely noisy and
returned it for a refund, which I received after mailing the shaver back at the cost of nearly $10.00!!
I then called them about the first shaver and requested an exchange of a credtit against future orders. The Customer person told me that was not possible. I then wrote a letter to the Mannager of Customer Relations pointing out I had been a customer for more then ten years and was a club member and I should get an extented time to request a credit/refund . This was refused without explanation stating it was too long and thhat that particular shaver was no longer available. I expected too much I guess although I believe that a GOOD company would have gone out of their way to satisfy my request. Shame on a company that sells poor merchandise and defective items without apperently anny regard for their customer relations and their integrety. I also did not receive a rebate coupong with the shaver but did receive credit coupons which were good for 4 months. After reading all the complaints from the various persons who have been treated badly, I certainly will not support this company and stop ordering stuff that I most likely not even need!! Good for you all who complained about the shoddy merchandise that gets sold in this country. Where are we going?? The future will tell and don't be surprised if we are continuing sliding down hill!! Gerard.

I ordered a DVD duplicator from a web ad. It was never delivered. When I received my Amex charge, I called Heartland and they said they would ship it out immediately. They stalled and stalled until more than 60 days had passed and now American Express refuses to open a dispute because it is "too late" and Heartland stalled me knowing the deadline would pass. They refuse to allow access to their President's office, will not take calls and demand that I write them. Letters are ignored. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be "taken"!!!

You placed the order for the duplicator on 1/17/11.  We shipped it to you on 1/18/11.  Per Fedex tracking you received the package on Jan 21, 2011 at 11:29 AM.  You claimed you didn't receive it & we did issue you a full refund.  You have a long history of claiming that you don't receive the orders we ship you although Fedex tracking shows them delivered.
