We went to round table tonight 11-6-12 for my husbands birthday  we had a party of ten arrive all of us had the buffet. Well the party room was booked for the raiders when we came in so we sat on the side with here tables. Hadn't been here 15 min when te mgr came over and put a sign up that the side was closed for the raiders. I had three late comers I went up with hem to get three more buffets and the mgr said they could not sit by us that she was trying to clear that side for a party. I could not believe it! Found out they gave the party room to a soccer team so they were scrambling to get the raiders in. Well this was at our expense I could not believe the treatment since we have been customers for over 3 years now! Well we won go back there the manager no only made us feel like we didn't matter but made it uncomfortable. Wow what happened to customer service?

    Earlier this month I bought a RT Pizza sandwich from the Washington St. location in Oakland, CA.

      I didn't finish my message.  I requested double pepperoni and shrimp.  The sandwich didn't have any pizza sauce on it and no double pepperoni.  I was very disappointed.  I called back and told them how dissatisfied I was and they told me next time I would get a free sandwich.  I called today and now they don't know who I am.  This is sick!?!?
