Won't stop calling after repeated requests to stop

Most of the time it's "Rachel" that calls.  Today it was "Anne".  In spite of repeatedly asking them to NEVER call my number again they just keep on calling.  I have reported them to the proper authorities.  How long is it going to take to shut them down once and for all?

    In the past, I have suggested reading poetry to them and others have suggested reading the Bible.  How about the Ten Commandments, especially the one that says: "Thou shalt not steal."?
