Innovative Teleservices hires every two weeks new applicants.

BEWARE of the fact that they hire you without benefits at $9.00 an hour but pay you( $8.00) Plus they deduct $35.00 from your first paycheck for telephone and ear piece equipment.

They don't have Direct Deposit for employees at all. But they have a strict rules!! If you want to use the RESTROOM you have to raise your hand for the restroom pass. YES, I said restroom pass! And if you get low pledges you will be tapped on the shoulder and sent home UNPAID for up to 3 days straight. Most people have Privacy Manager to BLOCK telemarketing calls so you better think twice before entering the field.

I am seriously thinking about leaving real soon just to get some peace in my life. Working for these guys gives me bad vibes.

Don't work for that company unless you need it just temporarily not longer than three months, a lot of silliness, non-professional, worst than that, constant lying/mind game.

This company called me from 707-297-9426 to ask if I wanted an extended warranty for my Prius.  They called a number on the do not call list.  When I called back, they suggested they were a charitable organization and therefore exempt from the do not call list requirements. Do not trust this obviously crooked company.

Innovvative Teleservices , Jack Juncaj  the owner is a scammer that donates less than 12% to charities  -- Jack Juncaj the owner is an Albanian who came here to run his scam.  he is a shame to his brother Frano' s name

Jack Juncaj lives in a 3Million apartment he owns in New York City from the money he has stolen from people donating to him and not the charitys he scams ...  he is a low life scammer loser  His brother Frano hated that he was a scammer and was about to out him.   Maybe that's why Frano lost his life????  I HOPE THE POLICE INVESTIGATE!

Constantly cold calling under charity pretense. This is truly and legitimately a scam. The state of Michigan Attorney General issued a cease and desist order telling them and the parent “charity” they can’t call Michigan residents anymore. Grounds:  blatant recalling to people who requested not to be called again.  Other grounds:  their accounting was not legit. Paperwork was falsified. This info is available to the public. Just look it up

Cold calling for charity is BS. If you want to donate to a charity do so directly to ensure your donation isn’t going into these snakes’ pockets.
