Billing

I was a loyal directv customer for 10yrs, until they started jacking up their prices by discontinuing the package I had and only offering a more expensive package to replace it.  But now they are trying to extort money from me for PPV they say I ordered back in 2009.  Which I know I paid for back in 2009.  I called to complain, but as others have already noted, they don't care.  I can't believe there is no govt agency looking to close these people down.  They operate like the M.O.B. and that's insulting to the MOB.  I have no intention of paying these thieves.
