This claim has not been rectified it as taken now many months
last correspondence attached:
We are still waiting on more information from DirecTV/ATT. We cannot proceed any further until we get that information from them, which is why you have not yet heard back from me. It appears your dish was installed in 2012, and we have no record of our client, Mastec, completing the install, so it may have been on another company. We cannot pay your claim unless our client is liable, and currently, there is no evidence of that. O

When we get the information from direcTV, we will contact you. However, at this time, we cannot pay this claim.

    Becky Harrell is impossible to reach! We have an issue and I've left her numerous messages and none of my calls have been returned. I've tried to reach anyone in her office - everycall goes to someone's voice mail. Imagine having a job that was this easy.  So irritated!!
