did not request these services had been charged since June 2015 only receive credit for November 2016, no help from customer service. I trust others will not be scam by this company

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA. It will also cost them a chargeback fee. For the rest, contact your state Attorney General for assistance. SOL on suing over unauthorized bank charges is 1 year. They figure no one will sue over these small charges, but they don't want to get too high on the radar of state AGs.
